Redmi Note 10 Pro mobile was launched on 4th March 2021. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch touchscreen display. The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. Redmi Note 10 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Redmi Note 10 Pro runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5050mAh battery. The Redmi Note 10 Pro supports proprietary fast charging.

TRAP WORKOUT: THE 5 BEST TRAP EXERCISES FOR BUILDING MASS

Get an incredibly muscular physique with well-developed trapezius muscles. The trapezius muscles, or trap workout, sit at the top and center of your back. This three-part muscle attaches at the base of your skull and continues down to the middle of your spine. Exercises that specifically target this muscle group will add both size and definition to your back, and create a solid frame. Additionally, the trap workout not only look great when strong and defined, but they also improve your posture and help prevent shoulder injuries.

Upper Traps 

The upper traps are the easiest section to target. They allow movement in the scapula and cervical spine, including upward rotation, as well as provide shoulder stability.

Mid Traps

The mid traps sit across the back of your shoulders. These muscles are responsible for the retraction of the scapula. They also support the function and movement of neighboring muscles.

Lower Traps

The lower traps assist in the upward rotation, posterior tilt, and external rotation of the scapula, and also provides stabilization for the scapula in other motions.

Best Trap Workout and Exercises

1. Barbell Shrug

Barbell shrugs are a great traps exercise for emphasizing the upper traps and building strength. To get the most out of your shrugs, you’ll want to focus on both your grip and shoulder blade retraction. Firstly, for your grip, make sure you hold the bar with a wide grip. By doing so, the direction of the movement reflects the direction of the fibers in the muscle. Secondly, for the shoulder position, focus on pulling your shoulder blades together, rather than just up. This will make sure you have maximum activation, and therefore results.

Steps

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and hold the bar in an overhand grip, wider than shoulder-width. 
  2. Shrug the weight up, focussing on squeezing your shoulder blades together, activating that mid-trap section.
  3. Release the weight back down with control.

2. Dumbbell One-Arm Row

Engage your entire body, not just your traps, with a dumbbell one-arm row. One-arm rows are brilliant for working the whole back muscle region, including the traps, lats, and other stabilizing muscles. However, you can make one small change to shift the emphasis to the upper traps. This is done with a simple shrug to bring the arm into the row. Another benefit of the one-arm row includes identifying if you have a weak side and being able to work on that. You’ll also build core strength, as your abdominals engage to prevent twisting. Plus, because this exercise is done standing, is more athletic and requires full body activation.

Steps

  1. Stand facing the back of an incline bench so that you can hold on with one hand. Have your feet set wide with your toes pointing forward, bend your knees slightly and tilt at the hips, so your butt is sticking out. 
  2. Hold the dumbbell in one hand, and brace yourself on the upright of the incline bench with the other. 
  3. Keep your arm straight and shrug your shoulder up so that it pulls your arm up and back.
  4. Once your shoulder is shrugged, continue to pull the weight towards your chest, allowing your elbow to extend behind your body. 
  5. Release the weight back down with control. 
  6. Complete a full set on one arm before moving to the other.

3. Rack Pull

Rack pulls are a great way to build mass and maximize your upper trap activity. Starting the pull at knee height is the section of the lift where the upper traps have the highest level of engagement. Additionally, because the range of movement in this lift is small, this is also the perfect opportunity to increase your weight to overload the muscles. However, make sure to be loading within your relative capabilities, otherwise, you do risk injury. The final thing to note with a rack pull is to focus on your shoulder blade retraction, pulling them together to ensure your shoulders don’t round as you lift.

Steps

  1. Set yourself up with your barbell on the rack just above knee height. 
  2. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, tilt forward at the hips, bend your knees slightly, and grip the barbell with an overhand grip. 
  3. Pull the bar up, focusing on squeezing the shoulder blades together. As you pull, your body will straighten. The move should finish with the barbell in front of your thighs.
  4. Release the weight back down with control.

4. Face Pulls

Feel the burn throughout your upper back, build stability, and improve posture with a good quality face pull. However, there are a few things to keep in mind to do this exercise correctly. The first is equipment. Ideally, you would use a cable machine with ropes long enough to get a full extension of the arms. Additionally, you’ll need to be pulling from an anchor point above your head. Secondly, is your standing position. You should be square to the cable machine, in an athletic stance. The third is your grip. You want to use an underhand grip and lead with your thumbs, so they win the race to behind your head. Next, you want to pull to your face height — aim for your nose. Finally, don’t use too much weight — you want enough for a proper contraction, but not too much that you need momentum.

Steps

  1. Position yourself into an athletic stance, square to the cable machine. Your feet will be wider than hip-width apart, knees bent but shins vertical, hips moved back, and your chest up. Anchor the cable above your head.
  2. Hold the ropes in both hands, in an underhand grip.
  3. Pull the cables back towards your face, leading with your thumbs. At the back of the move, your traps should be fully contracted. Additionally, your arms will be out wide, with elbows bent at 90-degrees. 
  4. Release the cables back with control. 
  5. If you want to level up this traps exercise, at the back of the move, add a hands-up press to the ceiling to engage your lower trap muscles.

PUBG Config Unlock All Graphic Settings Mobile (HDR, Ultra HD, Extreme, 90 FPS)

Hi guys! It’s been a while since I posted the PUBG config Mobile. But today I’ll share my favorite config to unlock all of the graphics settings in PUBG Mobile. But first please read the No grass config if you want XD.  I feel bad for the new devices or Chipset that still not get the extreme framerates, Like Poco X3 NFC. The new chipset from Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G is stuck on the Ultra framerates. I have tried a few ways to get the extreme framerates, like using the Magisk module to change the device type to ROG Phone 3, but it still got smooth 90 FPS, the HDR settings are still locked.

So, currently, I’m using this config to enjoy and unlocking the best graphic setting, This’s the simple way I ever used. So, let’s take a look at some screenshots I took in the game.

That’s the lobby settings at Ultra HD 30 FPS (High), Currently, this’s the highest graphic setting in PUBG Mobile. I’m quite suppressing that my Poco X3 running perfectly on this setting, it runs on 30-32 FPS without drop.

The HDR Setting is also unlocked on the max 90 FPS, Of course, you can use extreme if your screen is 60 Hz.

Ultra HD setting for in-game combat is still on 30 FPS (High), Just wait for PUBG Mobile to add the extreme or 90 FPS setting as well. You need to download around 100MB for Ultra HD graphic (in-game).

Takken 3: Fighting Game

Takken 3  is a fighting game, the third entry in the Takken series. The original arcade game initially had a limited Japanese release in November 1996, followed by a wide international release in March 1997, before being ported for the PlayStation in 1998. The original arcade version of the game was released in 2005 for the PlayStation 2 as part of Takken 5‘s Arcade History mode. The game was re-released in 2018 as part of Sony’s PlayStation Classic.

Takken 3 features a largely new cast of characters, including the debut of several now-staple characters such as Jin Kazama, Ling Xiaoyu, Bryan Fury, Eddy Gordo, and Hwoarang, with a total of twenty-three characters. The home version includes a new beat ’em up mode called Tekken Force, and the bonus Takken Ball mode.

The game was a major hit for both arcades and consoles, selling 35,000 arcade units and more than 8 million PlayStation copies worldwide, making Takken 3 the fifth best-selling PlayStation game. Takken 3 has since been cited as one of the greatest video games of all time. It was followed by Takken Tag Tournament, a non-canon installment in 1999 in arcades and in 2000 for the PlayStation 2. The direct sequel, Takken 4 was released in arcades and on the PlayStation 2 in 2001 and 2002, respectively.

Gameplay

Takken 3 maintains the same core fighting system and concept as its predecessors.[5] Three-dimensional movement is insignificant in previous Takken games (aside from some characters having unique sidesteps and dodging maneuvers), but Takken 3 adds emphasis on the third axis by allowing characters to sidestep in or out of the background.[6] Fighters now jump more reasonable heights than in the previous games, making them less overwhelming and putting more use to sidestep dodges, as jumping can no longer dodge every ground attack. New improvements include quicker recoveries from knockdowns, more escapes from tackles and stuns, more moves with juggling enabled, and newly created combo throws.

Takken 3 introduces a beat ’em up minigame called “Takken Force”, which pits the player in various stages against enemies in a side-scrolling fashion. The concept was expanded on in a minigame for Takken 4, and succeeded by the Devil Within campaign mode in Takken 5. Another minigame is known as “Takken Ball”, similar to beach volleyball, where the player must hit the ball with a powerful attack to pulverize the opponent, or cause them penalty damage by letting the ball fall into the opponent’s territory.

The arcade version features a total of 21 characters. Because the game takes place 20 years after Tekken 2, only six characters from the previous installment return, with the rest being new. Unlike the previous two games, the character select screen displays all characters at once, instead of hiding some offscreen and requiring players to scroll past the screen to select them.

The console version adds two new characters, Dr. Bosconovitch and Gon, and also makes Anna Williams, a palette swap of Nina Williams in the arcade version, into a distinct character with her own moveset, voice clip, and ending. There is also an unplayable enemy, Crow, faced only during the Tekken Force minigame. The console version only features 10 characters available by default, with the rest being unlocked by fulfilling various conditions.

Plot

Fifteen years after the King of the Iron Fist Tournament 2, Heihachi Mishima has established the Tekken Force: a paramilitary organization dedicated to the protection of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Using the company’s influence, Heihachi is responsible for many events that have ultimately led to world peace. One day, a squadron of Tekken Force soldiers search an ancient temple located in Mexico under the premise of an excavation project. Soon after arriving there, Heihachi learns that they were obliterated by a mysterious and malevolent creature known as Ogre. Heihachi, having captured a brief glimpse of Ogre before its immediate disappearance, seeks to capture Ogre in the hopes of harnessing its immense fighting power for his own personal gain. Soon after, various known martial artists end up dead, attacked, or missing from all over the world, with Ogre behind all of it.

Jun Kazama has been living a quiet life in Yakushima with her young son, Jin Kazama, fathered after the events of the previous tournament by Heihachi’s son, Kazuya Mishima. However, their peaceful life is disrupted when Jun begins to sense Ogre’s encroaching presence and knowing that she is now a target, instructs Jin to seek Heihachi if anything happens. Sometime after Jin’s fifteenth birthday, Ogre attacks. Against Jun’s wishes, Jin valiantly tries to fight Ogre off, but he knocks him unconscious. When Jin awakens, he finds that the ground surrounding his house has been burnt and his mother is missing and most likely dead. Driven by revenge, Jin is confronted by the Devil, which brands Jin’s left arm and possesses him. Jin goes to his grandfather, Heihachi, explaining his situation and begging him for training to become strong enough to face Ogre. Heihachi accepts and takes Jin under his wing, as well as sending him to Mishima High School where Jin meets a classmate named Ling Xiaoyu and her pet Panda.

Four years later, Jin masters the Mishima karate style. On Jin’s nineteenth birthday, Heihachi announces the King of Iron Fist Tournament 3, and Jin himself prepares for his upcoming battle, having no idea that his grandfather is secretly using him, Xiaoyu, and the rest of the competitors as bait in order to lure Ogre out into the open.

Paul Phoenix makes it to the final round of the tournament, after defeating the opposing fighters including Kuma, Jin Kazama and Heihachi Mishima in the previous rounds. He enters a large temple, defeats Ogre, and walks away from the tournament; thinking he is victorious. However, unbeknownst to Paul, Ogre morphs into his second, monstrous form known as “True Ogre” after absorbing Heihachi’s power and the tournament continues after his departure. Jin who was reinstated in the tournament and replaces Paul Phoenix in the final round confronts True Ogre and manages to defeat him as Ogre completely dissolves, avenging his mother’s death and winning the Tournament as a result. Moments later, Jin is suddenly gunned down by a squadron of Tekken Force led by an awakened Heihachi, who no longer needing him, personally fires a final shot into his grandson’s head. Jin, however, revived by the Devil within him, reawakens and dispatches the soldiers, smashing Heihachi through the wall of the temple as he survives the fall. Jin then sprouts black, feathery wings and flies off into the night as Heihachi looks on from the ground.
