What are arena carries in WoW?

Arena carries

You don’t have to be the most outstanding player in the world to get the best rewards in the WoW arena. There are so many amazing PvP players out there who have played this mode for an impressive amount of time. It’s like second nature to them – how can you compete? You can, if you get the right company! Think of a bunch of pro players who are ready to play with you in whatever arena bracket you want. Or even play for you. We’ll tell you more about what it means in a while but at this point, you should understand one simple concept. You can reach any rating in the arena that you want without months of trying hard and gathering epic gear. How? Read on!

What’s arena in WoW?

Although most players know what it is, we’d like to make sure everyone has the right idea of what we’re going to write about. Arena is a PvP mode, the idea of which is 2 teams of 2 / 3 players fighting each other. Whoever defeats all the players of the opposing team, wins. Wins and gets honor and conquest points, as well as rating improvement. Sometimes even more rewards are added to that – but it doesn’t happen too often.

What rewards can I get in the arena?

There are lots of things of different kinds that you can get here for your feats. Most of them can be divided into two big groups:

  • performance-enhancing rewards
  • cosmetic rewards

The former include gear and weapons. You get a couple of special PvP currencies that let you buy equipment from a vendor. You can also get a random piece of armor and arms from your weekly vault for participating in the arena games during the previous week.

The former are given for reaching certain rating thresholds. For example, titles or pieces of a transmog set. The pinnacle reward of this kind is the Gladiator title and the respective mount. They are the hardest to get and only the most skilled and lucky few can pull that.

How can the arena be boosted?

It’s quite easy to imagine. You get a strong teammate or a couple of them and together you fight your opponents. The pro player(s) you’ll have on your team are used to winning games outnumbered. That means that you can barely do anything at all – they will still likely win. It works worse at the really high rating where opponents are equally skilled. That’s where the piloted option becomes important. What is it? There are two ways to boost you in the arena:

  • selfplay (you control your character and play alongside our players)
  • piloted (we control your character and complete the whole boost by ourselves without your involvement)

The former option is great for those who want to learn to play better. The latter is awesome for whoever has no time to play with us. It also becomes the only option for the highest arena ranks as it’s very challenging to fight full-pro teams with a casual player (customer) on the team.

What kinds of arena boosting are there?

Our boosting shop, ArmadaBoost, offers lots of arena related services. Here are the most popular of them:

  • 3v3 arena carries
  • 2v2 arena carries
  • solo shuffle arena carries
  • gladiator boost

The first two are quite obvious: you get help with your ranking in either of those brackets. The solo shuffle boost is new as this game mode has been introduced just recently. You get a team of PUGs to fight another team of PUGs for several rounds. It’s lots of fun and drama and it offers most rewards from the regular arena brackets. With the notable exception of the gladiator rewards.

Speaking of which, you can get them with our services too. As you can see, we have this option on our list as well. It’s going to be more challenging to carry out but there’s nothing impossible for us. So if you’re really interested, get in touch with us to learn more.
