Actress Karishma Bhandari, Impressing Audiences Around The World With Her Incredible Talent
Actress Karishma Bhandari
There has been a great deal of talk lately about the beautiful and extremely talented actress Karishma Bhandari. The talk is all good, by the way. And why wouldn’t it be? She is one of the truly gifted actresses in Hollywood or Bollywood today. She has worked at both movie capitals of the world. Her parents are from India but Karishma was born in East London and has been a serious actress probably since she was a kid, although she is just as serious now but has more training and she actually gets paid to act.
An act she does. It’s a wonder to see her on stage or on TV or in the movies. When she strolls into a scene it’s as though the earth stops rotating and the audience is jolted awake. If her beauty is a gift from the gods then her talent must have been bestowed on her by the gods who the first gods report to. (No offense meant to anyone). Yes, Karishma is a talented soul and she shines in every part she has been cast in.
The director of the film Southbank Centre Goes Bollywood, Aneil Karia, said of Karishma: “Karishma’s passion is one thing that makes her stand out from the crowd, as well as her striking look and her warmth. It was a challenging, nuanced role in the film and she delivered a wonderful performance.” High praise for an actress.
After that film’s success and all the great things that were said about Karishma, she was cast in a Bollywood motion picture Club Dancer, directed by B. Prasad. She acted alongside several Bollywood stars such as Shakti Kapoor, Zarina Wahab, and Judith Shekoni. Karishma had to learn the Hindi language to be able to play the role of Geeta. Karishma’s parents are from Punjab, India, and Karishma was raised speaking Punjabi and English.
Since her Bollywood experiences she has filled up her CV with tons of movie and TV performances in the UK and in the U.S. Some of her most current shows arr coming out soon as they are in Post-production: Firrkie, Tuesdays and Fidays, and Palindrome. She has also been cast in Emergency: LA, which will be out in 2021. Her IMDB page is full of her other performances and as you will see, she is a very busy actress.
