Following the success of his latest single “Aqui Sola,” Yung Caza has released his next music video for his newest single “Tú Mirada”.

An acoustic instrumental mixed with his melodic voice which swept us off our feet. With the Coronavirus pandemic amidst us, Yung Caza has definitely used this time to work and push more content for his fanbase.

Yung Caza traveled to the epicenter of the Coronavirus pandemic to shoot his latest music video by Elmhurst hospital. Though some may say this was “disrespectful to the victims” he states “I did this to show gratitude and awareness to the nurses and doctors on the front lines who are working hard nonstop for us every day”.

He then said, “They are the true heroes when people talk about Elmhurst Hospital they only mention the Coronavirus epicenter and nothing else”. “I made this song as a thank you to the nurses and doctors and this is my hometown hospital, I grew up around this area since I was 6 years old”.

This song is definitely a different type of sound even for Yung Caza. This tribute to the nurses and doctors is surely a classic. Video has amassed more than 510k views in 3 weeks!

Diego Sanchez known as “YUNG CAZA” (born January 27th, 1998) is a Peruvian singer, songwriter, rapper, video director, editor, and social media influencer. He rose to prominence with his single “Aqui Sola” in 2020.

Diego Sanchez was born January 27 1998 in the small town of San Martin De Porres, Lima Peru. He spent a significant part of his childhood in Peru until his mother with his older brother migrated to the United States in 2002.

At age 8 he was singing and performing at local concerts with his older cousin. Much of his early influences were Shakira, Calle-13, Daddy Yankee, and Juan Gabriel. Yung Caza moved to Jackson Heights, Queens NY in 2007 and found his true love for Latin music there. There he felt at home with his true culture as if he never left his home country.

In 2017 Is when he decided to take music seriously befriending people in the underground Trap Rock word. He first started with experimental screamo rap with influences such as XXXTENTACION, DMX, and Waka Flocka flame. He released his single “Flex” on SoundCloud which got him the attention of many major producers and artists. He performed in major events and festivals in NYC and Florida. Although with success in the underground rap scene, he states in an interview he “felt as if he was being someone he was not”. His true passion was Latin music because of his upbringing.

Since he lived in Jackson Heights queens he was raised listening to Reggaeton. Many of his major Reggaeton influences were Daddy Yankee, Arcangel, Bad Bunny, De La Ghetto, Wisin y Yandel, and Zion y Lennox. In 2019 He released the song Didadoo on Soundcloud which accumulated more than 2 Million streams which got the attention of singer Akon.

Yung Caza met with Akon in Atlanta to discuss a potential deal. Akon offered him a deal but due to a cordial mutual understanding, the deal was never signed. Yung caza spent the next few months after that writing for a couple of big named artists in the Latin industry. In January Yung Caza released his single “Aqui Sola” featuring Ase De rosier on Youtube which accumulated more than 300k views in the first month.

Aside from the music, his face has been known around due to his shock value videos. In an interview, he states “he has gone viral for the wrong reasons but wants to focus on his music for now on”.

Yung Caza’s style is an American trap that meets reggaeton. Heavily influenced by hip hop culture many have compared him to the Latin Lil UZI. Some of his Hip Hop influences are Drake, Lil Wayne, The Weeknd, and Lil Jon. The state’s in an interview that he also was a fan of Big L, Biggie Smalls, and Tupac.
