We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our high-volume distribution center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, while leading a team of warehouse associates. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, upholding stringent safety standards, and optimizing processes to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Operational Management:

• Plan and supervise all daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee sorting, labeling, and storage of goods in designated locations.
• Coordinate with transportation and delivery teams to ensure on-time shipments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Essential:

• Education: High School Diploma essential. A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and modern logistics practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word). RF Scanner competency.
• Licenses: Valid UAE Forklift Operator License/ Certificate is often mandatory.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog is a significant advantage for team management.
