These trailers are ideal for transporting large and queer-shaped objects. Tank trailers are designed to transport liquids such as milk, water, or motor fuel.

There are several small vehicles and hauling restrictions that apply to all the states and territories of Australia.

• Light vehicles are those that weigh less than 4500 kg

• The vehicle and the trailer must be registered. 
• Both the vehicle and the trailer must be road-worthy and secured. 
• A rear plate must be available on the trailers. 
• Towbars and coupling must not hinder the license plate or the rear lights of that same towing vehicle. 
• It is illegal to simultaneously tow more than one trailer.
• No permission is granted to ride in trailers.
