The big C might kill billions

Big C;The small c Coronavirus won’t get us. 1 million have yet to die from it.

It is more likely the Big C climate change will. Billions could die from it.

But few people realize this fact or even know how to arrive at such a prediction.

Yes the punks of climate change – the scientific and political community, will bore and bore you with all sorts of repetitive insights such as: “Climate change is expected to cause approximately 250 thousand additional deaths per year between 2030 and 2050”.

Should we care about climate change if that is the future yearly death toll?

Did you know 9 million people starve to death each year? That figure is set to increase due to Coronavirus; depleting the international aid workforce.

Well, come on punk make my climate day… answer in the lying 2nd degree.

Big C

Tell me one reason why we are having to listen to the scientific community and political community about the Paris Climate Agreement?

Other than a laugh: HAHA. They are a 3-decade joke waiting to kill billions along with their friends the UN and EU who, for decades before 1990, have ignored key scientific reporting on global warming. And worse, far far worse – have acted too late to save us as a normal living community.

Meanwhile many climate experts and commentators do not inform us that the Paris Climate Agreement has only a 1% chance to meet it’s 1.5 Celsius safety guideline.

Yes folks, if understood the scientific community realized global warming in the 1970s.

But because their levels of proof were not high enough to meet their standards; a 3-decade debate became an if but maybe Alice in Wonderland journey, of modeling peer review and political back-scratching.

In other words, it is too late to greet their Paris climate solution.

The scientific and political community let us down, led by the UN and EU who marched onwards with world trade expansion-ideas. Their rhetoric spin: a quest to alleviate poverty whilst all the time allowing the plundering of the environment and its natural resources. Leaving all morals behind them.

Meanwhile, billions have not been paid in tax by the fat cats: like Google. International organizations that could have and should have played a leading part in setting a protective example to the world. Like for instance, giving aid to the 9 million that starve yearly, if only a bag of rice each a week. Or helping raise awareness about global warming.

The reason we are in this sticky late mess is that neither the UN or the EU took it upon themselves to formulate a raise awareness campaign to the world’s people. The very people who needed persuading to stop buying products from all around the world and to travel less by cars.

Do not be fooled by the EU and UN’s late heroic push for change. I just told you we have only a 1% chance of meeting their big white dope dream: The Paris Climate Agreement.

Look back to the eighties and the developing structure of opinions around climate change: The push to change us never really took off. Because the push to limit international trade was never on the agenda. This meant that the very world ethos was led by an idea to trade.

A trading system that not only pushes carbon emissions up but lacks the will to correct billion-dollar tax evaders.

Combined we end up with a very powerful combination effect. A psychological forwarding of a sell-buy mechanism we all play a part in. A need agreed to consume and obtain products. Which the Buddha warned us about 2,500 years ago. And which Christianity and Islam followed suit to warn us of.

We currently purchase 60 % more clothes garments now than in the year 2000.

No, at its end, the UN EU money making-machines-rhetoric has led us. Yes, we avoided our type of suicidal wars, but all the time we were preparing to serve up Mankind to a future where billions could die due to tipping points.

Which said in its simplest terms means: that if the ice melts and the major forests die out too quickly their fate is like a pandemic. The spread of the decline increases, causing a rapid throwaway effect something experts call feedback.

Temperatures can then rise to dangerous thresholds as heat is trapped, humans die in heatwaves and crop yields tumble causing escalating starvation. Then and only then can it be said the Human Race is in peril as the Stern Report warned us in 2006.

It is getting hotter and hotter not because of solar activity but because world leaders continue to allow more CO2 to arrive in the atmosphere than the year before. The amount increases decade by decade even though the UN and EU have acted to lessen fossil fuel use.

If this type of behavior by world governments does not cease you can only wonder at how naive we are to allow it to happen. And what a massive insult it is to our collective spirituality.

It must be said we all love our planet in some way but that the older generation got led like sheep by a political agenda that sold out to world trade and unsustainable development, and who in turn manipulated the scientific community to argue for 3 decades in a farcical display of peer reviews and comprehensive modeling.

How can people who have taken 30 years of the debate to be relied upon to change a world’s collective actions? Because of this, the scientific community does not get any applauds from me as they might from other commentators. Their technical-speak: in probability ranges, averages and percentages are enough to confuse most university professors.

When all the time what we needed was a 17-year-old girl called Greta Thunberg and many others like her. Who says it simply: Act now or lose Mankind.

I can tell you with all certainty; we will not wipe out all the human race, but the failure to act now will go some way to wiping out our brand of spirituality. You might think prays and beliefs in an afterlife are all there is to God, karma, and Heaven. No: we have a right and obligation to protect humans in the future. Even if we do not see that future let us hope Greta and her generation do see it: Because they are the future.

Enough said. If ya wanna read a website with a difference that is factual and won’t bore you to death: burning hopeco.uk which is constructed by me is there to make you feel better; there to remind you we are the Human Race. Something I wholeheartedly believe in. The best is yet to come.
