They can know many things about the person through their body language and wheel you are on chat session or online video session it becomes difficult to judge someone’s condition and see what’s really annoying them. Chatting Sessions Can Pose Issues

When you are taking online sessions, many counsellors will ask you to describe your issues in a chatting session. Now we all may be good at texting or chatting with someone for hours but when it comes to describing what’s happening to us in real then chatting cannot be a very good idea to describe what you feel. Many people even forget half of the things while writing some major issues and they forget to tell the small details. This kind of therapy can be of no use as you will be paying money for your treatment but still not getting the result that you want.

Do you know with whom you are chatting or talking? Do you know if the person you are talking to is real or fake? If you are taking online therapy sessions for the very first time, can you identify that the person is good enough to treat you and help you with the issues you are facing? There are great chances of getting fraud by the people online. Maybe you are talking to someone, and you pay that person for your session and that person suddenly disappears. Online therapy can lead to fraud at many times. 

Counsellor Might Not Be Available at The Same Time

People in this world are not available all the time. Even if you want to take mental therapy you would want to take those sessions in your favorable time, right? What if the time that suits your wombats suit the counsellor that you want to talk to? What if that person is not free at that time? In such cases going directly to the clinic and meeting the counsellor is a better idea than contacting that person online.
