Ex Board Member Allowed To Landscape Sun Ridge

The people of America and indeed the entire world, saw the darkest of days stretch into months and now approaching the two year mark . And the misery is not done yet with more than 600,000 Americans dead from COVID-19 and another 25,000 deaths predicted by the end of 2021 .We also now have a mutated strain of the COVID-19 virus that is far more contagious. Americans have been depending on their local, state and federal representatives, those politicians who had much promise when we elected them. However, deep down, we knew our representatives wouldn’t really do much in the grand scheme of things .

While the ripple effects of this pandemic are sure to last a decade or more, particularly in the financial lives of many Americans. Those who were financially struggling are now almost out of resources if not broke. Almost half of small businesses have already or will become extinct fossils.

All of the blood, sweat and treasure of building a small business is now up in smoke, and many will not make a comeback regardless of how well America snaps back in the coming years.

New Jersey residents have had their heads shaved by local powers-to-be under the guise of COVID-19 activities.

Flemington Bagel Store displays sign at register

One area of New Jersey and its officials have taken advantage of its citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tucked away in Flemington borough and Raritan Township in the western part of NJ in Hunterdon County, some unscrupulous leaders of business have taken serious advantage of the citizens who live there.

The arrogance of customer service at Bank branches located in and around that County . NJ, we blindly trust our savings believing banks are sound . Calling out these branches for questionable practices .

The disinformation and poor leadership style lead by management is ridiculous .

Then there is the Stop-N-Shop supermarket chain which has to be one of the ugliest supermarket groups in Hunterdon County . Now 27% underwater on home ownership – it didn’t take long for that lame supermarket chain to capitalize on the pandemic and start gouging customers with off-the-chart pricing on necessities. Cleaning products skyrocketed like they had the last bottle of Clorox on Earth, and the last roll of toilet paper.

Just shameful. Questions were raised about why Clorox bleach regularly priced around $3.49 a gallon skyrocketed to over $11.00 a gallon .Our first inquiry was a call to the Clorox Corporate Offices, which we believe sets the price for the stores. Clorox Corporate Offices denied our claim in a written statement stating that retail prices are set by retailers. The price was never COVID-19 adjusted, meaning it was simply a ‘normal price increase.’ Next, we reached out to Stop-N-Shop regarding Clorox pricing, and the management laughed it off with a verbal statement saying, “It’s worth what the market will bear.”

Back in March the local 7-11 located on US 202 was reported to corporate for what was considered unethical practices . Months later only to be caught again over charging for cookies , shorting customers of change and bait and switch pricing .

Residents of the area are still scratching their heads , wondering why the city dump was closed due to Cov-19 for months just to reopen . Then close again days later to observe ”Employee Appreciation Day”.

Not to be outdone by Raritan Twp. tax offices, charging early tax payers interest without notification on the following year increase .

 A small list of some of the worst offenders, but Sun Ridge Town Homes takes the trophy home for 2021. From our reporting, the old management left leaving a bad taste with homeowners . Residents information was being shared, management indulging in substance abuse while spending thousands of dollars on ridiculous expenditures such as golf carts bought but never used.

Speculation of corruption has spilled out to SunRidge Associa Community Management , and Manager Antoinette Hutchinson . In one occasion billing a dead resident for over two years . Holding up units from roof replacements . All the while Hutchinson ran her own personal Daycare out of the clubhouse .

  Think long and hard before relocating to this County or SunRidge Townhomes .

Hunterdon County has set the bar very low indeed …. First Reported Google News , [email protected]

How does acupuncture work? All you need to know

Acupuncture work

Chinese traditional medicine is considered very effective. It consists of many unique methods of treating diseases. Many countries around the world are studying these theories and are beginning to apply them in practice in their clinics. One of these methods is acupuncture. It helps cope with a large list of diseases as well as improve the overall condition of the organism. You can undergo the procedure at a Cross-Up Chiropractic clinic, which employs qualified specialists.

Briefly on the term “acupuncture”

Acupuncture (acupuncture) is an ancient Chinese treatment method. During the procedure, the patient is injected with special needles into the biologically active points. According to Chinese theory, it is believed that the Qi energy is flowing in a person, and only this energy can ensure good health. If it starts to stagnate, various diseases occur. There are over 500 such active points on the human body. They are all connected to each other.

Acupuncture helps:

  • reduce pain;
  • improve the condition of the skin, hair and nails;
  • restore normal hormone synthesis;
  • increase overall immunity;
  • to flush out all the toxins;
  • remove muscle cramps;
  • improve blood circulation.

Acupuncture can really help with a problem with any system of the body.

How does acupuncture work?

A course of acupuncture can only be performed by a specialist who has appropriate training and a license. A person must know when and in what place to insert needles depending on the disease.

The session usually takes place in the comfort of a warm, quiet place on a soft couch. The right amount of needles is injected into a certain part of the body (depending on the problem). The patient usually feels nothing and there is no pain. The session lasts for 15-30 minutes. Then the acupuncturist takes the needles out.

Three to 15 sessions may be needed to improve your health. Everyone feels differently after the treatment. Some feel relaxed and sleepy, others feel a burst of energy.

What can and can’t be done after the procedure?

Immediately after the session, it is recommended that you just lie down for 10-15 minutes and drink water. But these are not all the rules that must be observed. For the duration of the treatment and for two weeks after it, you can’t:

  1. Take any alcoholic beverages. Keep coffee and tea to a minimum. It is better to ask your doctor how much you can drink per day.
  2. Heavy physical activity. Many people feel so energized after the first sessions that they are ready to do something and exercise around the clock. This is not the way to do it. It is better to let the body rest.
  3. Strong drugs like antidepressants, painkillers, and antibiotics are forbidden. Before starting therapy, it is better to ask a specialist about the compatibility of medications and acupuncture.

And the most important point is that for effective results, you need to take a full course of acupuncture. Some patients see an improvement after the second or third time and decide that they have had enough. This is categorically not the way to do it. Only a completed course can benefit the body.
