For example, renting a 2bhk flat in south Mumbai is more expensive than the north part of the city. Also, flat conditions, neighborhoods, and other amenities will end up increasing the rental cost. 

3 BHK Flat in Mumbai

3bhk rent in Mumbai is in the range of 40k to 60k, which may go up to even 1.5L if one is looking for a flat in a luxury apartment or premium societies with furnishing and world-class amenities.
