Daybreak Game Enters Massive Battle Royale Game Planetside Arena On Steam and confirms PlayStation 4 version with the already known PC.

The new PlanetSide Arena will offer up to 1,000 players per game

Daybreak Games has presented its new video game, PlanetSide Arena, the new installment of its celebrated competitive FPS saga that will come to PC through Steam on January 29, 2019. And as usual in the franchise, it offers more than surprising numbers; So much so, that those respondents say they will soon offer support to host up to 1,000 players in the same game.

Games for 500 launch users

Thus, PlanetSide Arena will debut at the end of next January with three main game modes, such as Massive Clash, for two teams of 250 players each, Solo and Team Battle Royale, their own bet in the fashion genre. To these game modes, others will be added through different seasons, such as Capture the Flag, Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy or Global Conquest.

With a progression system already confirmed, up to three classes will be offered at the time of its launch: assault, engineer and combat doctor. Each of these classes will have their own skills that we can improve during the course of the fighting.

PlanetSide Arena will arrive at Steam under two different editions, the so-called Sanctuary Assault at a price of 16.58 euros and the Legendary Edition, the most complete version with several improvements packs, for 33.73 euros, prices with a 50% discount with the pre-purchase. Finally, the most active PlanetSide 2 players will have the opportunity to participate in the next closed beta of this new installment.
