After attaining his exceptional status in health and nutrition, Macaulay Cooper has now been asked to become the brand ambassador of a worldwide known clothing brand of the fitness industry, called “FABactivewear”. This can be seen as a big achievement of him already. He is now working as the brand ambassador of this clothing brand. New gateways and opportunities have opened up for him to help more and more people to transform physically.

He is also a qualified level 3 nutritionist & level 3 personal trainer and working on expanding it online as well.

Like many platforms used online, Macaulay also uses Instagram as an active platform to showcase his regular activities and shares stuff so that people get in inspiration. He is enjoying more than 3.5k followers there who get inspiration and follow a healthy routine to achieve their physical goals. He wants to show others that maintaining a hard work routine can pay off much more than they think it can.

Well, as asked about his journey, Macauley stated that: “I have always been into my fitness, yet Ross Dickson has recently made him go to push him a lot with his outstanding progress in his social media platforms. ”

 

What hobbies Macaulay have?

Macaulay loves to spend his free time scrolling through social media platforms. He is obsessed with watching his favorite fitness models achieve their grails and helping others provide results. It shows his absolute obsession with his clients and his dedication towards them.

When it comes to his workout routine,  we come to know that Macaulay spends 2 hours a day 4-5 times in a single week. He also takes it with 2-3 rest days so that the body can recover on its own. He also follows a very strict diet plan that is low carbs yet very high protein-based. He will talk about all this via his E-Book.  One of his favorite days in the gym is back and shoulder workouts.

What Macaulay has to say for new ones to the field?

As Macaulay was asked what he wants to say to those who intend to be a part of this journey as beginners, he added that: “fitness does not just provide good looking muscles/ bodies, it comes with the fact of boosting confidence helping anxiety and overall, it makes you happy as an individual, it doesn’t matter what shape or size you are… if you have goals and dreams, its time to chase them and get results. ”
