Meet 23 year old fitness influencer, Nora Villalobos. Her fitness journey began at the age of 16 years old when she was diagnosed with thyroid disease and despite what doctors told her was impossible she made possible. Undergoing a weight loss journey of 25 pounds, Nora turned to social media to share her story. Through her platforms, she has been able to share fitness and health tips and tricks to inspire others.

We had the privilege to interview and get an exclusive look into her weekly workout routine!

Nora Villalobos Weekly Work Out

Monday: Legs & Thighs

1. High knee taps 2 sets, 20 reps

2. Lateral lunges 2 sets, 20 reps

3. Side Kicks (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

4. Standing leg circles (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

5. Curtsy lunge (per leg) 2 sets, 15 reps

6. Squats 3 sets, 20 reps

7. Lunge taps 2 sets, 20 reps

8. Side Kicks (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

Tuesday Abs

  1. In & outs 3 sets, 10 reps
  2. Planks  3 sets, 30 seconds each 
  3. Side Planks 2 sets, 30 seconds each (per side)

4.Plank with hip dips 3 sets, 30 seconds each

5.Crunches 3 sets, 15 rep

6.Scissor kicks 2 sets, 30 reps

7.Russian Twist  2 sets, 30 seconds

Wednesday Booty 

  1. Side lunge squat (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps
  2. Lunges (per leg) 3 sets, 15 reps

3. Squats 3 sets, 20 reps

4. Glute Bridges 3 sets, 20 reps

5. Side lunge squat (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

  1. Donkey kicks (per leg) 3 sets, 15 reps

7.Fire Hydrant (per leg) 2 sets, 10 reps

  1. Sumo Squats 3 sets, 20 reps

Thursday: Rest day

Friday Legs

1.High knees 45 seconds

2.Jump squats 2 sets, 15 reps

3.Side Kicks (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

4.Standing leg circles (per leg) 3 sets, 10 reps

Saturday Abs

1.Mountain climbers 2 sets 45 seconds

  1. Bicycle crunch 1 set 60 seconds
  2. Side Planks 2 sets, 30 seconds each (per side)

4.Plank with hip dips 3 sets, 30 seconds each

5.Crunches 3 sets, 15 rep

6.Scissor kicks 2 sets, 30 reps

7.Russian Twist  2 sets, 30 seconds
