Global Warning; the new streetwear brand making major moves in the game.

‘Made to Care’ their Instagram biography reads. Global Warning is a brand making major moves in the streetwear world, and it’s all for a good cause.

“Global Warning is a streetwear brand raising awareness for social, economical and environmental issues through bold graphics and exclusive pieces. While pushing its ideology through unique designs and premium sustainable materials, Global Warning actively contributes to a better world through drops dedicated to supporting and helping a variety of good causes.” their about page reads.

Only launching in 2021, Global Warning is a very new name in the game, but they’ve made some big moves in their short time around.

For their first 4-piece collection, Global Warning partnered with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization focused on planting trees around the globe. The collection sold out almost instantly and was seen sported by numerous influential people within the fashion and music industry such as Bloody Dior, Matt OX and Bear1boss. In 2022, Global Warning launched their collaboration with NYC-based rapper A$AP TyY. The collection was presented during a 1-day pop up shop in Paris and was followed by an online launch. On the collection, A$AP TyY said, the brand’s co-founder Jesse Koch said “The collaboration between our brand and A$AP TyY came naturally from our longtime working relationship with TyY. I met TyY in 2016, and he has been a huge supporter of our vision ever since.

Later this year, Global Warning partnered up with Belgium-based collective 32WORLDWIDE and Water.Org for an exclusive capsule collection and pop-up experience during the Amsterdam Dance Event at OALLERY. About the charitable donation, co-founder Miles de Levita said “This time we decided to work with water.org, which is a non-profit organization focused on making safe water and sanitation accessible to those in need. A lot of us take water and sanitation for granted, and many people still underestimate how much of the world, unfortunately, doesn’t have access. Naturally, we believe it’s important to raise awareness for what is essential in fighting poverty.”

The brand has seen some support from industry heavyweights, with artists such as Yeat, G-Eazy and Zack Bia being in attendance of their events and the brand’s clothing even making it to music videos of Matt Ox and Bizzey. Global Warning is only beginning, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
