About Scott Hughes:
Scott Hughes born and raised in Manchester, CT is the creator of the Online Book Club. To your surprise, Hughes created OnlineBookClub.org when he was only 19, in 2006. Apart from being the CEO of OnlineBookClub, he also served at a local restaurant as a server and bartender. He has two kids, a son and a daughter (Tristen & Amaya). He has also authored four books. These are known as Justice: a Novella, 10 Step Plan to promote your Book, Achieve your dreams, & The banned book about love.
Hughes’ Dedication to OnlineBookClub and success:
Scott Hughes decided to reach his vision behind the platform for which he gave up his job completely. He then worked at OnlineBookClub.org full-time. The platform over a decade till 2021 has succeeded to gain more than 2.7 Million registered members and it today stands out among others of its kind. Scott Hughes has contributed an unreal amount of time and hard work to achieve this position.
Along with the success of the online library, Hughes got elected to the board of education in his hometown of Manchester as an unpaid volunteer position. He also was the president of town-wide PTA in Manchester & vice president of state-wide Connecticut PTA. At all of these positions, he served as an unpaid volunteer.
Online Book Club E-reading app release:
Scott Hughes and his dedicated development team also have released an e-reading app. It has already taken place to compete with the world’s leading platforms including Amazon’s kindle, called OBC reader. You can find it on Google Play Store & Apple Store.
Helping Homeless youth campaign:
A historic move marks when recently on November 2021, Scott Hughes slept in his back yard on a cold night in Connecticut to raise funds for homeless youth. The event succeeded in raising over $1,500. The worth was directly donated to charity covenant House. Details are available on Scott Hughes’ social page. He also donated $1000 for the development of a local elementary school’s playground in Manchester. Another thrilling moment from Hughes’ recent stories is when he amazed his fans with the new 2022 Model Tesla. The event was seen on his social media FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram.
