When you have a better relationship with the people who work at your company, this can often be very motivating for staff. When you know someone on a more personal level, it is much more likely that you are going to want to put in hard work for them. When you don’t know someone, having this same level of care and ambition can be harder. Not to mention it is going to make for a much more open workplace.
